I have the right to reject a commission, without providing a detailed explanation.

Terms of service may be subject to change overtime.

You will not receive any physical product when you commission me, commissioned artwork will be sent over to you as a file, and only exists as a digital file.

I am allowed to include the work you commissioned in my portfolio.

I will keep track of all commissions I have worked on for archival purposes.

You are free to request that I will keep your commission private – at your request, I will not post work-in-progress shots or the completed piece anywhere.

I will begin work after the money gets processed and arrives in my bank account. (Can be up to a week at most!)

By sending over payment for the service, you confirm you’ve read this document and agree to my terms.

You may not use commissioned artwork for commercial purposes without informing me beforehand.

If you’d like to use the commissioned artwork for things such as prints, merchandise, streaming or social media branding, always inform me, as additional fees may apply for the right to use the commissioned drawing commercially as it would require adjustments and legal clearance.

You may not use commissioned artwork to train generative Artificial Intelligence, create Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs) or for any other tech-related endevour.

You musn’t edit, modify, trace, or use commissioned art as a “base” or make another artist do so for you.

You are not allowed to use any artwork you commission to promote political beliefs or campaigns, illegal activity, scams, propaganda, or use it in shock content.

You are not allowed to re-sell any commissioned art.

You are not allowed to post commissioned artwork on your social media profile while claiming it as your own. Yout must acknowledge that i am the artist behind the commissioned work.

You may freely use commissioned artwork for personal purposes, such as profile pictures, banners etc.

You may repost commissioned art on your social media if you wish to.

You must always credit me when using the artwork.

You may not resell the commissioned artwork.

You are free to commission art of the character design you recieved, even with a personal use license as long as it is not for the purposes of monetizing the design.

I only accept payment through Artistree. I do not accept direct Paypal.

I only accept 100% upfront payments.

If you are unable to pay within 24 hours of making your commission request, your commission will be cancelled. Make sure it is a well planned and intended purchase.

Commission me only if you already have the money secured and reserved for the transaction.

You typically won’t have to convert the payment currency, outside of special cases. The money should be able to arrive in my country’s currency after 5-10 business days.

If any PayPal-related problems shall arise, and we won’t be able to solve the problem, the commission will be cancelled.

Do not send any kind of payment without contacting me, and me confirming that I’ve accepted the commission.

The only situation in which I will 100% refund you, is if I failed to complete the commission.

If the completed piece was delivered to you, i will not accept any refund requests on grounds of dissatisfaction or regretting the purchase.

If any delays will occur, I will always inform you.

You are free to message me about work in progress screenshots, or updates on the state of your commission.

Always inform me if you have a deadline in mind for the artwork.

My work can take up to a few weeks. I have to take breaks in between commissions in order to avoid wrist injury.

I will send you screenshots of the work at every phase – sketch, line art, colors etc. for your approval before I proceed.

You may only request major edits in the sketch phase.

In line art, colors and rendering, only minor alterations may be requested.

Once the artwork is finished, I will send you the .PNG, any alternative versions, and the .PSD file of the drawing.

Please provide a good quality and extensive reference of your character, especially if you wish them to be viewed at different angles in the drawing.

If you do not have a visual reference, be as specific with the verbal description as possible.

It is highly advised you send me a large amount of visual references.

I will not trace, directly copy, or heavily reference the art of another artist; or a pre-existing character design, copyrighted or belonging to a different private individual alike.

A request with unsatisfactory reference material will be rejected.
